Integration into a young team with an excellent working environment **Services Manager (Loures)** ==================================== * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time * Santo Antão do Tojal, Lisboa, Portugal * Services **An opportunity to develop your capabilities!** =============================================================== We are looking for a **Services Manager** to provide cross-functional support to Supply Chain operations, ensuring operational management of general services, maintenance of facilities and equipment, and necessary support for optimal departmental functioning. Given the location, candidates must have convenient means of transportation. Workplace: Estrada de Pintéus, Zona Industrial \- Quinta do Lago, 2660\-194 São Julião do Tojal ### **Main Responsibilities/Functions** ### **Operational Management of General Services** * Ensure operational conditions, maintenance, hygiene, and safety of facilities, equipment, and supporting infrastructure; * Identify, record, and monitor incidents related to facilities, equipment, and general services; * Assess each incident and define the most appropriate solution, leveraging internal or external resources according to intervention complexity; * Perform minor maintenance and conservation tasks compatible with technical competencies; * Request procurement of services or materials from the Purchasing Department whenever necessary; * Coordinate and supervise work performed by external service providers; * Manage warranty, technical assistance, and insurance processes related to equipment and facilities, where applicable; * Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, mandatory inspections, and other scheduled interventions; * Validate completion of executed services and ensure proper documentation. ### **Desired Competencies:** * Educational qualifications equivalent to completion of 12th grade or a relevant Technical Professional Course (e.g., Maintenance, Electromechanics, Installations, etc.); * Experience in similar roles such as Facilities Management or General Services, preferably within logistics or industrial settings; * Practical, versatile knowledge of maintenance (e.g., electricity, plumbing, minor repairs); * Strong organizational skills, rigor in documentation and planning; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with teams and external service providers; * Proficiency in user-level computer applications. ### **What We Offer:** A young team with an excellent working environment; A company that values and recognizes its human resources.
