Job Summary: Responsible for implementing procedures, managing logistics safety, and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives and internal and external audits. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct internal audits and manage occupational safety We are a multinational logistics company belonging to the Mosqueteiros Group, present in Portugal since 1991\. We are recruiting a Logistics Process and Safety Manager for our logistics base in Cantanhede. **Job Description:** * Ensure the implementation and compliance with internal procedures, processes, plans, and applicable legislation; * Contribute to and participate in the development of internal documentation; * Promote awareness-raising and training activities; * Produce and communicate departmental performance indicators; * Analyze, suggest, and implement preventive and/or corrective measures and continuous improvement actions related to processes and safety; * Conduct internal audits and support external audits; * Perform occupational safety-related duties (risk assessments, emergency plans, safety prevention plans); * Liaise with service providers and regulatory authorities. **Requirements:** * Technical Superior Certificate in Occupational Safety or PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety (mandatory); * Professional Qualification Certificate for Trainer Training (mandatory); * Knowledge of supply chain management or logistics (preferred); * Advanced user of Office tools; * Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational safety; * Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and results orientation; * Excellent organizational and planning skills; * Strong analytical ability and autonomy in problem-solving; * Agility and adaptability to new environments and challenges; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Driver’s license (valued). **What We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company; * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role; * Meal allowance; * Professional stability and growth opportunities.
