Job Summary: We are seeking Site Supervisors to efficiently coordinate HVAC&R construction projects, supervise subcontractors, and ensure technical quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate HVAC&R construction works, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality. 2. Interact with clients to seek technical solutions and adjust resources. 3. Contribute to continuous improvement and team culture. To join our Operations team, we are looking for Site Supervisors (m/f). This professional will be primarily responsible for efficiently coordinating HVAC&R construction projects. Responsibilities: * Supervise subcontractors’ on-site activities, redefining tasks and adjusting resources as needed to ensure work execution meets technical quality standards and adheres to the construction schedule. * Identify requirements for materials/equipment or other resources based on project progress and technical constraints identified during execution. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, particularly the use of required personal protective equipment and materials specified in the risk matrix, to minimize workplace accidents and support compliance with applicable legislation. * Interact with clients and their representatives, responding promptly to requests, proposing technical solutions, adjusting allocated resources, and presenting alternatives related to on-site technical execution. * Participate in commissioning processes of installations, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure proper equipment operation. * Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by promoting teamwork and initiative, acting clearly and assertively to enhance company profitability and sustainability. * Collaborate and uphold safety and environmental protection in performing duties, complying with organizational procedures and industry best practices.
