Autonomy and continuous learning capability We Offer: * Opportunity to join a leading company. * Pleasant working environment. * Competitive remuneration according to profile (base salary \+ meal allowance and shift premium) * Opportunities for professional growth based on a personalized career plan. * Health insurance. **We offer:** ============= We are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Maintenance Technician for our Customer Service Repair department. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= A technician responsible for machine assembly and maintenance, performing the following operations: preventive and corrective maintenance (fault notifications and repairs), safety inspections, commissioning and handover of machines to customers, etc. Also provides technical and commercial advice to customers during technical support, identifies and communicates sales opportunities for: services, spare parts, and new machines. Education, knowledge \& experience: **Technical Service Work Execution** * Perform preventive maintenance applying the checklist established by KION for each machine model. * Issue fault notifications and repair reports, identify deficiencies, and notify the customer either directly or upon prior approval of a quotation. * Supply spare parts. Identify spare part requirements on machines and manage their replacement. * Conduct safety tests on machines in compliance with statutory technical requirements. * Assemble new machines, perform “running-in” procedures, and deliver machines to customers. * Prepare quotations for machine repairs and spare parts supply, in accordance with organizational guidelines. **Commercial Attention – Customers** * Advise customers on all matters related to machines and service: technical issues, spare parts, recommended and necessary repairs, etc. * Proactively identify sales opportunities for: services, spare parts, new machines, and improvements to existing machines; inform customers and notify your Technical Advisor and/or Area Manager. **Preparation of Technical Service Reports** Prepare service reports / work sheets in accordance with organizational guidelines regarding: daily submission, customer signature, classification of service type, identification of spare parts used, etc. Intermediate or higher-level vocational training module (Mechatronics or similar) or at least 1 year’s experience in the sector as a maintenance / repair technician. Training / Languages / Specific Knowledge: * Product training (new machines). * Training on work procedures, preventive and corrective maintenance. * MS Office proficiency. * Basic-level PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) training. * Waste Management training. * Customer service and commercial value of the service technician. * English – basic / intermediate level. **Competencies \& Skills:** * Technical/commercial customer interaction ability. * Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. * Capacity for continuous learning and updating of technical knowledge. * Responsibility and commitment to high-quality work.
