Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Project Director to join our Refrigeration team, responsible for technical analysis, team coordination, company representation, and project cost and schedule management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate Refrigeration projects, ensuring deadlines and quality 2. Lead teams and interact with clients and suppliers 3. Control costs and ensure project profitability and effectiveness We are recruiting a Project Director (m/f) for our Refrigeration team at RACE! Responsibilities: * Conduct technical analysis of construction contracts by reviewing tender documents / awarded proposals / supporting designs to ensure timely and adequate preparation of works. * Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors and RACE’s internal team, monitor the defined schedule, allocate necessary resources, and ensure compliance with deadlines and proper technical execution. * Represent the company towards clients, respond to client requests, adjust available resources and subcontractor schedules as needed, propose appropriate technical alternatives, and negotiate additional work. * Collaborate with the Procurement department by providing necessary inputs for procurement/subcontracting processes and control alignment between delivery timelines and site requirements, contributing (if necessary) to identifying alternatives. * Monitor project costs and revenues, ensuring adherence to—and preferably improvement upon—the budgeted solution. * Control problem resolution by developing action plans and intervening whenever required by the nature of the situation to ensure project profitability and effectiveness and resolve potential non-conformities. * Control problem resolution by developing action plans and intervening whenever required by the nature of the situation to ensure project profitability and effectiveness and resolve potential non-conformities. * Coordinate handover of installations to the client, verifying compliance with specified requirements, providing all contractually stipulated information, and jointly conducting project acceptance with the client. * Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards by the team under supervision, in accordance with RACE’s QSE Management procedures, to guarantee that activities meet required standards. * Coordinate Human Resources assigned to the role and supervise implementation of the Organization’s current HR policies to ensure motivation and development of personnel under supervision, thereby maximizing human capital within teams.
