Job Summary: We are seeking two HVAC Construction Preparers to efficiently coordinate HVAC construction operations, analyze projects, ensure feasibility, and optimize resources. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure occupational health and safety To join our Operations team, we are seeking two Construction Preparers (m/f). This professional will be primarily responsible for efficiently coordinating operations on HVAC construction projects. Responsibilities: * Conduct technical analysis of projects, reviewing drawings, bills of quantities, and specifications; perform on-site surveys to assess execution conditions, verify compliance with the design, and propose modifications/improvements to ensure project feasibility and resource optimization. * Prepare detailed drawings for various components of the contract, review material requirements, and place procurement orders, ensuring allocation of necessary resources to complete the project within budget and minimizing waste. * Compile final deliverables and technical documentation for the project, including descriptive reports, equipment lists, certificates, maintenance plans, and other relevant documents, to ensure information accessibility for other users. * Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Director to organize and implement occupational health and safety plans. * Support the Project Director in activities related to project execution, and support/replace the Site Manager as needed to ensure uninterrupted project progress within established deadlines. * Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by promoting teamwork and initiative, acting clearly and assertively to enhance company profitability and sustainability. * Collaborate in and uphold environmental and occupational safety prevention in the performance of duties, adhering to organizational procedures and best practices.
