About the Role We are seeking an AI Security Specialist to protect Microsoft Copilot workloads, deliver 3rd-level support, and define the necessary security and operational guardrails for safe Copilot adoption. The role focuses on security reviews, threat modeling, identity and access control, incident response, and validation of plugins, integrations, and data protection mechanisms. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity. 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure security. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and threat modeling. Practical experience with PowerShell, Python, or C#. A Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Applied Cryptography is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Security, Azure Security, CISSP, or AZ-500 are preferred and may substitute for academic qualifications. Fluent English. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular security reviews of Copilot implementations and identify threats such as prompt injection, model tampering, and data poisoning. Implement Identity and Access Management, Conditional Access policies, and Zero Trust principles for Copilot workloads. Develop threat models and conduct controlled security testing and red-team activities. Build monitoring capabilities, detect anomalies, and respond to Copilot-related security incidents. Resolve complex Copilot-related security, performance, and usage issues at the 3rd-level support tier. Empower Copilot support teams through internal documentation, guardrails, and targeted training. Define escalation protocols and support standards jointly with the support organization. Define security controls and operational guardrails for Copilot usage. Evaluate custom Copilot plugins and third-party integrations.
