The stroller is brand new. My baby never liked riding in strollers. The car seat has been used but is in like-new condition. It includes all accessories: rain covers, footmuffs, and a travel bag. The stroller legs are made of stainless steel. It rotates 360 degrees. It opens and closes with just one hand. Everything is like new.
