AUCTION PROCEDURE:
a) First Sale Phase – Sale of the entire business establishment for the global amount of €431,995.00. This sale is exempt from IMT (Property Transfer Tax) and Stamp Duty under Articles 270 and 269 of the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Code (CIRE), as well as from VAT under Article 3, paragraph 4 of the VAT Code (CIVA);
b) Second Sale Phase – Sale of the real estate property for €208,250.00 and movable assets for €223,745.00;
c) Third Sale Phase – Lot-by-lot, item-by-item, or other possible sales.
Item i1 – Urban building designated for warehouses and industrial activity, comprising a two-storey sausage factory warehouse and yard, with a total area of 4,000.00 m², located in Vale da Urra – Vale de Mateus and Covão da Madeira, Vila de Rei; registered at the Vila de Rei Land Registry Office under No. 1499/Vila de Rei and entered in the Urban Property Tax Register under Article 4525 of the parish of Vila de Rei, with an urban taxable value of €172,319.81.
