Job Summary: A Michelin-starred restaurant in Porto is seeking a Sommelier to handle guest service, wine service and food pairing, participate in wine tastings, and ensure proper stock management. Position Details: \- Table service and wine service; \- Ensure proper storage of wines listed on the wine list and maintain adequate stock levels; \- Recommend optimal food and wine pairings, respecting guests' personal preferences; \- Participate in periodic wine tastings throughout the year; Requirements: \- Education and experience in hospitality and wine, minimum 1 year; \- Strong orientation toward delivering excellent service; \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; \- Fluency in English; (Other languages are an asset) \- Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants (preferred) Immediate Start Type of Position: Full-time Compensation: €1,200.00 – €1,500.00 per month Experience: * Sommelier: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
