Job Summary: ABER HYDRAULICS S.A. is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform inspections, ensure compliance, and implement continuous improvements in the production process. Throughout its history, the company has consistently emphasized technological innovation and the continuous development of new products. Currently, we are strengthening our team by integrating a Quality Control Technician with experience in metrology, particularly in measurement/programming of CMM/3D machines. Workplace: Maia (Porto) Main Responsibilities: Perform quality inspection and control throughout the production process; Proven experience in metrology — instrumentation and CMM/MMC (elimination criterion); Ensure compliance of raw materials and finished products; Identify non-conformities and ensure their resolution; Develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement actions; Actively contribute to improving product quality; Perform dimensional measurements and control (metrology, including CMM). Profile and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Metrology, or related field (preferred); Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard; Knowledge of PC-DMIS (preferred); Good technical drawing skills; Basic knowledge of CAM programming (preferred); Proficiency in English; Organizational, planning, and initiative skills; Team spirit and sense of responsibility; Residence in Maia or nearby areas (preferred).
