Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support qualified technicians in building maintenance, performing tasks and contributing to operational development. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring the execution of activities contracted with the client We are recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a company in the construction sector. You will support qualified technicians in building maintenance, ensuring efficient task execution and contributing to operational development. Your responsibilities: - Support qualified technicians in building maintenance tasks; - Perform less technically specialized tasks according to instructions and procedures; - Comply with applicable quality, environmental, and safety standards; - Analyze and diagnose faults in electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, metalwork, and civil construction; - Ensure the execution of activities contracted with the client. Requirements: - Secondary education (12th grade); - Proven experience in building maintenance; - Knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, water supply, sewage systems, metalwork, civil construction, and mechanical systems; - Ability to analyze and diagnose faults; - Proactivity, responsibility, and dynamism; - Good interpersonal communication skills; - User-level computer literacy; - Valid driver’s license is mandatory; - Availability for the schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. What we offer: - Base salary: €950.00; - Meal allowance: €8.00 per day via meal card.
