Job Summary: MADINC – Carpentry and Furniture, Lda. is seeking an Industrial Designer to develop and design custom furniture, collaborate with departments, select materials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products. Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes. **MADINC – Carpentry and Furniture, Lda.**, a rapidly growing company in the field of custom carpentry and furniture, is looking to strengthen its team with an **Industrial Designer**. **Main Responsibilities** \- Develop and design custom furniture, with special emphasis on kitchens, \- wardrobes, and bespoke furniture; \- Create 3D models and technical drawings for production; \- Collaborate with sales, production, and assembly departments; \- Select appropriate materials, hardware, and technical solutions for each project; \- Oversee product development from conception through to production; \- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes, balancing design, functionality, and industrial feasibility. **We are looking for candidates with** \- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field; \- Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing and modeling software; \- Creative mindset and attention to detail; \- Experience in the furniture or carpentry industry (valued but not mandatory). **We offer** \- Integration into a stable and expanding company; \- Remuneration commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies. **Work Location:** Vilar dos Prazeres Industrial Zone – Ourém Workplace: On-site
