Close and continuous client support **Contract Manager in Facility Management (M/F/D) \- Porto** ====================================================================== **Mota\-Engil ATIV** provides physical asset management and maintenance services to its *Clients*, covering all lifecycle stages, integrating solutions for optimizing operational performance and cost efficiency, as well as energy, water, and carbon efficiency. For this opportunity, the candidate must be capable of planning, directing, and monitoring operational activities under *Facility Management* contract(s) under their responsibility, particularly engineering services, facility/equipment management and maintenance, and management of a multidisciplinary technical team. They must also provide close and continuous client support, aligned with senior management guidance and established procedures, to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and promote client satisfaction and retention. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred); * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers or Order of Technical Engineers (preferred); * Professional experience in Facility Management contract management (valued); * Solid knowledge of maintenance software; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Client-focused mindset and strong networking ability; * Initiative and proactivity; * Autonomy and rigor in work planning and organization; * Leadership capability and team spirit; * Willingness to travel within the Northern Region of Portugal; * Valid driver’s license for light vehicles (mandatory). **Location:** Porto.
