As part of its Growth and Development Strategy for operations, the company intends to hire a Construction Director with experience in civil construction projects for the city of Algiers – Algeria. * + Manage, monitor, and control construction site activities across all phases of execution, complying with respective procedures and established deadlines; * Re-budget, re-plan, manage, and control the construction site and requirements for materials, equipment, and labor; * Monitor actual results against planned targets, identify potential deviations, their causes, and implement corrective measures; * Ensure approval of materials/equipment to be used/applied on the project; * Prepare monthly measurement certificates for clients and subcontractors, ensuring their approval within established deadlines; * Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers; * Develop regular commercial contacts to identify new business opportunities. #### **Profile** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience in medium/large-scale civil construction projects, exceeding 8 years; * Registration with the Portuguese Association of Engineers (OE) or the Technical Association of Engineers (OET) (preferred); * Proficiency in Office tools, AutoCAD, MS Project (preferred); * Good command of French; * Immediate availability to start; * International experience valued (North Africa); * Leadership, motivation, and organizational skills; * Strong communication abilities and excellent team spirit; * Dynamic and innovative profile grounded in rigor, commitment, and sustainability.
