Job Summary: PConcept - Engineering and Construction is seeking a Civil Engineer (Site Manager) to manage and supervise construction projects, develop work plans, and ensure objectives are met with a focus on quality and safety. Integration into a dynamic project and multidisciplinary team At PConcept \- Engineering and Construction, a company specializing in civil construction and engineering, we are recruiting to integrate our team for the position of Civil Engineer (Site Manager) in the Almodôvar area. Responsibilities: \- Management and supervision of civil construction projects; \- Development of work plans regarding scheduling, methods, resources, and work quality; \- Ensuring defined objectives are achieved; \- Implementing instructions established in work plans; \- Executing tasks according to timelines agreed upon with clients; \- Complying with and enforcing applicable legal regulations, current standards, occupational health and safety requirements; \- Supervising all project phases, from budget review and planning to project completion. Main Requirements: \- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering; \- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles; \- Strong sense of responsibility and goal-oriented mindset; \- Good leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; \- Advanced proficiency in Office applications, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project; \- Solid knowledge of interpretation and reading of civil construction drawings; \- High level of responsibility and organizational ability; \- Regular attendance and punctuality; \- Strong commitment; \- Immediate availability (preferred).
