Part-time schedule with daytime hours We are recruiting a **Check\-in / Administrative Operator** to join our team on a **part\-time** basis in the **Tavira** area, with travel between accommodations, garage/warehouse, and other locations related to the activity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer/guest service and follow-up; * Conducting check\-ins and supporting guests during arrival; * Administrative support related to reservations, documentation, and communication with customers; * Key management and distribution; * Supporting the operational team whenever necessary; * Reporting incidents or needs identified at accommodations. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Valid driver's license; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in writing Portuguese and English at a reasonable level; * Availability to work on weekends; * Sense of responsibility and organizational ability. **Desired Profile:** * Friendliness in customer service; * Team spirit; * Punctuality; * Adaptability; * Autonomy and willingness to learn. **Conditions:** * Part\-time employment; * Daytime working hours; * Days off to be arranged; * Remuneration commensurate with the role, skills, and experience.
