




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional responsible for mail management, telephone reception, access control, and resident support in a Senior Residence, with emphasis on interpersonal relationships. Direct and discreet support to residents and their needs Contract Type Permanent Contract Job Description Main Functions and Responsibilities Collection and delivery of mail; Guiding visitors; Answering telephone switchboards; Monitoring access points and assuming responsibility for front desk duties; Completing entry and exit documentation for residents; Assisting with luggage transportation to and from rooms, while exercising mandatory and discreet control over packages brought into the facility by individuals; Controlling entries and exits of residents, family members, and visitors; Maintaining the access regime established by management for residents and visitors to various institutional areas; Assuming responsibility for resident transfers both within the institution and to external services such as ambulances, buses, etc. Creating each resident’s file upon admission and updating records monthly. Profile 12th grade education. Good knowledge of MS Office. Previous experience in this role; Ability to work effectively in a team; High sense of responsibility; Strong interpersonal skills; We Offer Permanent contract, 40 hours per week; Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; Meal allowance; Birthday day off; Ongoing training.
