Transforming client needs into impactful training solutions **Executive Education Solutions \& Development Manager** We are seeking an Executive Education Solutions \& Development Manager to manage customized training projects from opportunity identification through to training completion. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the pipeline of requests and opportunities; * Identify and clarify clients' training needs; * Develop proposals in coordination with the sales team, faculty, and internal teams; * Prepare and standardize presentations, quotations, and supporting documentation; * Estimate and monitor costs, margins, and pricing; * Ensure approved proposals transition smoothly into the execution phase; * Monitor projects, including invoicing and faculty payments; * Manage client relationships, collect feedback, and identify new opportunities; * Maintain up-to-date information on proposals, clients, faculty, pricing, and projects; * Generate activity and performance indicators; * Contribute to the development of new training solutions.
