This is a unique opportunity for professionals aiming to be part of a growing project with strong potential for advancement and direct contact with the General Management from day one. **Work Location:** Paços de Ferreira **Area of Activity:** Construction and projects in the Northern region of Portugal **1. Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and analysis of budgets for electrical installation / ITED projects; * Consultation and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors; * Planning, coordination, and supervision of construction works; * Team management on-site and coordination with clients, designers, and other stakeholders; * Cost, schedule, and quality control of executed works; * Technical support in preparation and execution of projects; * Identification of opportunities for process improvement and optimization. **2. Desired Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * Eligibility for registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (preferred); * With or without professional experience; * Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills; * Proactive attitude, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Valid driver’s license. **3.
