Provide personalized and professional service to guests **Bela Vista Hotel & Spa – Relais & Châteaux** **Praia da Rocha – Portimão** The **Bela Vista Hotel & Spa**, one of the leading hotels in the Algarve, is strengthening its bar team and seeks a highly qualified and experienced **First-Class Bartender** to join its team. Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails according to the hotel’s high quality standards; * Craft classic and signature cocktails with skill, precision, and impeccable presentation; * Deliver personalized, attentive, and professional service to guests; * Ensure bar organization, cleanliness, hygiene, and continuous restocking; * Monitor inventory, manage orders, and assist in optimizing costs and quality; * Contribute to a welcoming, sophisticated, and excellence-oriented environment. Candidate Profile: * Proven experience as a First-Class Bartender (preferably in 4* or 5* hotels); * Formal training in mixology, bartending, or beverages; * **Fluent English** (mandatory); * Excellent appearance, communication skills, and professional demeanor; * Rigor, attention to detail, dynamism, and strong team spirit; * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: * In-depth knowledge of wines, premium spirits, and modern mixology techniques; * Creativity in developing original cocktails; * Proficiency in additional foreign languages (French or Spanish would be an advantage).
