Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, goal-oriented professional with experience in the food service industry to manage shifts, people, and processes—ensuring service preparation and smooth operations, while monitoring performance results. Responsibilities: * Ensure shift preparation the day before; * Manage products, equipment, and personnel to achieve excellent QSL&V levels during assigned shifts, thereby delivering outstanding results; * Review pre-defined shift objectives and plans, and conduct individual and group briefings minutes before peak sales periods; * Conduct shift walkthroughs every 30 minutes, checking the dining area, restrooms, locations within 100 meters of the restaurant (including Drive and Delivery), kitchen, refrigerated units, and stock (in each area, it is essential to engage all staff, customers, and delivery couriers present); * Anticipate peak sales periods, ensuring all staff are ready, motivated, and aware of the importance of fulfilling their individual responsibilities; * During peak sales periods, remain mobile for over 90% of your time to identify potential hazards, prioritize tasks, and make optimal decisions; * Monitor objectives during peak sales periods and share progress with the entire team; * Complete all administrative tasks before the end of your shift; * Ensure LV audits are conducted, as well as all training programs, PMP, and the corresponding cleaning schedule; * Consistently demonstrate exemplary leadership behavior; * Maintain a consistently positive and motivational approach with the entire team; * Monitor trends in GDR-related metrics under your responsibility, fully performing all associated duties.
