As part of the DHL Group, you will be working with a global network of IRM colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities. **Job Purpose:** Support Business Units, on customer insurance products and technical coverage/pricing topics. Supports Managers day to day activity and administration related to customer insurance. **Your tasks:** * Interacting with colleagues to support business objectives are met and that the country is performing to “best in class” standards * Support Managers to maintain regular communication with the customer, responding to ad\-hoc queries relating to coverage, documentation, invoicing, etc * Support Managers to Maintain accurate customer records of all annual insurances agreed as well as profitability progress of those agreements * Provide technical support and assistance to local business partners to support the customer insurance sales process * Supports Managers all aspects of the insurance referral process as agreed with Customer Insurance Manager, providing timely and accurate responses to these querie. **Your profile:** * Professional Studies or Degree in Law, Transport or Logistics, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field * Strong analytical skills as reporting, data analysis, and dashboards * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel * Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish would be a strong advantage * Strong communication skills **We offer:** * Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world * International and virtual environment * Flexibility and great opportunity to learn * Professional Internship Contract directly with DHL \- 12 months in total (6\+6\) * The internship may serve as a pathway to a permanent position with DHL, subject to business needs and individual performance
