Initial training on products and processes Job Description Ricami Veronica, a retail and embroidery store, is seeking a Store Assistant to join its full-time (40 hours per week) sales team. The store is located on Rua Ferreira Borges in Coimbra, in a high-traffic area of the city center. The employee will be responsible for customer service and promoting the store's products, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Main Responsibilities: In-store customer service Product presentation, promotion, and sales Supporting daily store operations No prior embroidery experience is required. The company provides initial training on store products and processes. Desired Profile: Strong communication skills Positive attitude in public-facing roles Ability to work effectively in a team Proficiency in Portuguese and, preferably, at least one foreign language (as most customers are tourists) Previous experience in retail or interaction with tourists is advantageous but not mandatory Terms: Fixed-term contract (6 months) 40-hour weekly schedule (8 hours per day) Rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends Competitive remuneration commensurate with role and demonstrated experience
