Job Summary: We are recruiting a Formwork Carpenter for installation, inspection, assembly, and dismantling of formwork systems, as well as construction of high-quality concrete formwork, with emphasis on safety and quality. Multidisciplinary team GMR \- Engineering and Construction, a company specialized in civil construction and engineering, is currently recruiting to integrate our team for the position of Formwork Carpenter in Spain. Responsibilities: \- Installation and inspection of vertical and horizontal protection systems; \- Assembly and dismantling of formwork (wooden, metallic, or other materials); \- Construction of high-quality concrete formwork; \- Formwork for slabs and beams; \- Precise installation and removal of shoring supports; \- Monitoring work execution and ensuring all site personnel comply with the health and safety plan. Main Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; \- Orientation towards excellence and continuous improvement; \- Strong planning and organizational skills; \- Autonomy and ability to assume responsibilities; \- Sense of commitment; \- Strong adaptability to diverse tasks; \- Good interpersonal skills (within work teams); \- Attendance and punctuality; \- Full and immediate availability.
