Job Summary: Responsible for reading, interpreting, and producing parts according to specified requirements, operating and maintaining automatic/semi-automatic machines, and ensuring product quality. Opportunity to work in a team and on shifts **This role is part of the Manufacturing Department of Martifer Construções Metalomecânicas, S.A., with the following main responsibilities:** * Read and interpret drawings, models, and instructions to ensure correct part production according to defined requirements; * Operate automatic or semi-automatic machines for cutting, drilling, bending, and other processes, ensuring precision and quality; * Load, calibrate, and perform maintenance on used machines, ensuring proper operation and equipment longevity; * View and/or input measurements, tolerances, and formats into the machine system based on specifications; * Ensure safe and efficient internal transportation of materials and parts, where applicable; * Verify dimensions, tolerances, and finishes of manufactured parts against project specifications, identify non-conformities, and ensure final product quality. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Basic, secondary, and/or vocational education * Professional experience in construction and/or metalworking industry (preferred) * Ability to learn * Ability to work in a team * Availability to work on shifts **Diversity and Inclusion** At Martifer, our commitment is to talent, creativity, and innovation.
