Identify and acquire new partners in the real estate sector **Junior Business Developer** ----------------------------- **ComparaJá.pt** is Portugal's largest financial services platform, operating at the intersection of technology and financial advisory to optimize families' decision-making. We are expanding our partnership management, solutions, and business development team. We seek a candidate focused on operational efficiency and maintaining trusted professional relationships. ### **Responsibilities** * Identify and acquire new partners in the real estate sector (agencies and consultants); * Manage and activate the current partner portfolio through visits and regular follow-up; * Deliver training on our financing solutions to partners; * Monitor credit application flows and ensure conversion targets are met; ### **Profile** * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or account management; * Strong negotiation and clear communication skills; * Goal-oriented and proactive; * Interest in the financial or real estate sector; * Completed secondary education (minimum requirement). ### **Conditions** * Direct integration into a growing Fintech company; * Specialized training in financial products and consultative selling; * Compensation: Base Salary \+ Meal Allowance \+ Monthly Bonus Scheme \+ Health Insurance; * Location: Alvalade, Lisbon.
