High level of autonomy and impact on strategic decisions We are currently running a recruitment process for a Technical Product Manager to join an international technology company in its early growth phase, assuming a decisive role in defining and developing an innovative digital product. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the founding team, contributing to defining the product vision, technological architecture, and organizational growth strategy. **Key Responsibilities** * Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements; * Define and manage the product roadmap; * Prepare functional and technical documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications; * Manage the backlog and support Agile development cycles; * Coordinate technical teams and development partners; * Participate in defining architectures, integrations, and technological decisions; * Ensure security, scalability, and performance requirements are considered from early development stages; * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions; * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize business needs. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; * Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management with a strong technical focus; * Relevant experience in developing and launching digital products or SaaS platforms; * Solid knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, and system architecture; * Experience preparing functional and technical documentation; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; * Fluent in English. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in startup or scale-up environments; * Prior exposure to data-driven products, automation, or Artificial Intelligence; * Experience in international contexts; * A track record of progression into technology leadership roles. **Opportunity** * Join a technology company with strong growth potential; * Direct involvement in building a digital product from its early stages; * High level of autonomy and impact on strategic decisions; * Competitive compensation package, commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Realistic medium-term professional growth prospects.
