Strong knowledge across various areas of civil construction RS Facilit’s, a leading company in the civil construction sector, is currently recruiting a Multiskilled Team Leader. Main Responsibilities: \- Execute all tasks related to building construction/rehabilitation, leading one or more teams; \- Meet and ensure compliance with objectives and schedules established in planning; \- Receive and control all materials and equipment required for the project; \- Monitor the quality and quantity of work performed by in-house staff and subcontractors; \- Supervise and organize work teams; \- Implement prescribed construction drawings and procedures; Profile: \- Immediate availability \- Proven experience in civil construction projects \- Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil construction project documentation \- Solid knowledge of different civil construction areas, materials, and construction techniques; \- Dynamic and innovative profile grounded in rigor, initiative, and trust \- Leadership mindset, strong autonomy, and capability in planning, organization, and teamwork \- Ability to assist colleagues as needed to ensure smooth project progress Offer: \- Opportunity for continuous professional development \- Transportation provided by the company to the worksite \- Employment contract \- Base salary \+ Meal allowance \- Salary commensurate with role and experience If you match this profile, please send your CV to the email address geral@rsfacilits.com Area of Intervention: Entire Lisbon Metropolitan Area and South Bank.
