Summary: Seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Supervisor to lead a team and create a welcoming space, overseeing all aspects of a Family Hub Café's operations and staff development. Highlights: 1. Be the go-to person for staff and customer issues we are looking for an enthusiastic Full\-Time Supervisor to help lead our team and create a safe, happy, and welcoming space for children and parents alike. * Experience in hospitality or café supervision \- * Great leadership and communication skills \- * Friendly, patient, and child\-focused attitude \- * Ability to support daily operations and staff Responsible for the overall operation and success of Family Hub Café, overseeing all staff and aspects of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** Staff Management: Recruit, train initial employees \- organize training programs, inductions. Café Supervisor will be responsible for ongoing development for staff. Operations Oversight: Initially, to source suppliers and agree terms Liaise with builder and designer on the works and resolving any issues, working together to the opening of café Coordinate with supervisor on inventory management and maintaining supplier relationships. Problem\-Solving: Front\-of\-call for staff and customer issues, resolving problems efficiently. Compliance: Initially, it will incorporate ensuring adherence to health, safety, employment laws, and cafe policies. Then, going forward to work together with Café Supervisor to ensure adherence to health, safety, employment laws, and cafe policies. Reporting and Improvement: Monitor performance, analyse data, and implement changes to improve cafe performance (such as, employee’s underperformance) Role Focus: Oversee all aspects of cafe operations Lead and support the team Drive customer satisfaction and business success Be the go\-to person for staff and customer issues Tipo de oferta: Período Integral
