Job Summary: We are seeking Multiskilled Technicians to ensure building maintenance and proper operation, performing inspections and minor electrical and mechanical tasks. Key Highlights: 1. First-level electrical and mechanical work We are recruiting **Multiskilled Technicians** to join our La Vie Caldas team. **Duration:** July 15 to September 15 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and proper operation of the premises/building * Perform daily routine inspections and corrective and preventive maintenance * Carry out minor first-level electrical and mechanical tasks * Report all interventions performed **Requirements:** * Technical qualification specializing in electromechanics, mechanics, or related fields, or prior experience in maintenance/multiskilled roles * Experience in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation, electricity, and mechanics (preferred) * Neat appearance and good personal hygiene * Organized profile with strong communication skills * Proactivity and responsibility **Benefits:** * Health insurance after 6 months * Meal allowance via card * Possibility of permanent hiring based on performance Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Company car * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance Work location: On-site
