Job Summary: My Story Hotels Group is seeking an E-commerce professional to ensure online distribution and e-commerce, provide departmental support, and maintain systems up to date. Maintain and update online rates and offers My Story Hotels Group, headquartered in Lisbon, is looking to strengthen its team with an on-site E\-commerce professional. FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVES Ensure that the online distribution and e-commerce process is executed, up to date, and fully functional; Provide support to the Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, and Reservations departments; Ensure all systems are properly configured and updated through regular audits of reservation and distribution procedures (PMS, Channel Manager, RMS, etc.). PROFILE AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in e\-commerce or reservations; High attention to detail; Autonomous, proactive, initiative-driven, and team-oriented; Strong communication skills (written and oral); Positive attitude; Methodical and organized; Advanced knowledge of Channel Managers and B2C/B2B platforms; Proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of Property Management System(s); Fluency in English (written and spoken). FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION Upload and maintenance of rates and offers on online channel extranets, including implementation and management of the channel manager; Support in contracting new online channels by submitting rates and offers, assisting in contract review, sending information, archiving, etc.; Regular meetings with key online distribution channels and identification of revenue optimization opportunities; Monitoring performance outcomes of actions implemented with respective partners; Prospecting and acquiring new channels.
