Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous professional to manage the daily accounting of multiple group companies, ensuring data reliability and proposing process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring data reliability and serving as the operational engine of accounting We are looking for an autonomous individual with strong adaptability to various information systems and business processes, capable of managing the daily accounting of multiple group companies. Working closely with and reporting to the **External TOC** and **Management**, you will serve as the operational engine of accounting and the guarantor of data reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** · Ensure classification and posting of general and analytical accounting for all group companies. · Guarantee and supervise daily billing and treasury processes. · Prepare, verify, and extract information to support compliance with tax obligations. · Conduct fixed asset and inventory control and management. · Experience in multi-company environments. · Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and assume responsibility for accounting processes under your management. · Critically analyze trial balances, identifying and correcting inconsistencies. · Propose improvements to internal administrative and financial process organization. **Requirements:** · Solid experience in similar roles. · Proficiency in the SNC (Portuguese Accounting Standards) and strong knowledge of current taxation. · High level of autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to prioritize tasks. · Ease of use with various ERPs and accounting software. · Excellent critical analysis and problem-solving skills. · Good knowledge of Excel.
