At ABG, we would love to welcome your talent to our counter located at Lisbon Airport. Your start date will be in April and the contract will be for 6 months, with possibility of renewal. Your working hours will be 40 hours per week, distributed across rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with consecutive days off. * Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. What will your day-to-day look like? As a Receptionist, you will be essential in ensuring every customer enjoys a worry-free experience. With your attention and dedication, you will have the opportunity to make a difference, ensuring each stage of their journey is special. * You will assist in managing customer reservations, advising them and offering additional products and protection options that enhance their travel experience. Furthermore, you will promote services that make everything easier and faster, such as Self-Service Kiosks, Exclusive Loyalty Programs, Quick Pass, and Avis Drive. * You will have operational responsibilities in the parking lot, managing vehicle returns and inspections, and informing customers of contract closure.
