Always paddling towards the peak! **Job Description:** The Warehouse Operator is crucial to ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a warehouse, namely: responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The objective is to ensure smooth product flow, contributing to overall supply chain success and customer/supplier satisfaction. **Profile:** * Completion of 9th grade or equivalent; * Physical capability and motor coordination to operate containers and material handling equipment; * Attention to detail and accuracy when handling goods and equipment; * Time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks; * Communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Flexibility to occasionally work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays, as required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Goods receipt; * Accepting, receiving, validating quantities, and verifying order contents against accompanying documentation; * Inspecting received goods for possible damage, defects, or discrepancies; * Validating labels and/or relabeling products accurately to ensure proper identification and easy retrieval; * Storage and organization; * Safely and efficiently storing goods using appropriate equipment, which the candidate must be qualified to operate—such as RF terminals, forklifts, and pallet jacks; * Arranging and organizing products logically, following warehouse management instructions, optimizing space utilization; * Regularly monitoring and checking stored products to ensure accurate system records; * Order preparation, packaging, and dispatch; * Following WMS (warehouse management software) terminal instructions and preparing requested products for shipment; * Accurately packaging goods in suitable containers, ensuring product and recipient safety through appropriate packaging and labeling; * Collaborating with production and dispatch managers to ensure customer service quality; * Labeling and alarm handling; * Ability and attention to identify fabrics and seams, and assess materials’ capacity to withstand needle punctures without permanent damage; * Identifying product families and categories and their English designations, notably interpreting descriptions, codes, and EANs; * Inventory management; * Maintaining and ensuring stock accuracy within the warehouse management system (WMS); * Identifying and reporting inventory-related discrepancies or issues—particularly concerning quantity, quality, and storage conditions; * Assisting in periodic inventory audits to ensure compliance with company procedures; * Maintenance and safety; * Ensuring the preservation of goods, raw materials, tools, materials, finished products, and facilities; * Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment—including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems—safely and responsibly; * Conducting routine equipment inspections, reporting malfunctions or damage, and coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed; * Adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate PPE, including safe handling of hazardous equipment and compliance with health and safety regulations; * Collaborating with warehouse management to identify process improvement opportunities and implement appropriate solutions. **Benefits:** * Career progression opportunities * Continuous training * Base salary + meal allowance * Discounts on our brands * Surfing lessons **Work Location:** Despomar – Logistics Rua da Cambaia, 37 2640-219 Encarnação MFR
