In addition to these entities, MysticInvest currently encompasses Atlas Ocean Voyages, DouroLegend, DouroHeritage, DouroAzul Talents, and Mystic Ocean. **Job Description** We are expanding our team by hiring an Infrastructure and Systems Engineer (M/F). Key responsibilities include: **Coordination Level:** * Defining system strategy (infrastructure, networks, and communications) jointly with management. * Managing technology partnerships and vendors, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs). * Negotiating IT, communications, and licensing contracts. * Managing the department’s budget. * Drafting and maintaining user manuals and internal technical manuals. * Supporting the definition of IT policies. * Collaborating with other IT departments (Information Security and Cybersecurity, Support, Development, BI, Business Solutions, etc.). * Designing and implementing new infrastructure projects or improving existing ones. * Acting as a Business Partner for internal Group clients. **Technical / Engineering Level:** * Planning, implementing, and monitoring hybrid systems (on-premises and cloud), ensuring availability, operational continuity, and service resilience. * Managing and maintaining corporate infrastructure—including hardware, software, networks, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Administering Windows and Linux servers. * Managing Active Directory / Azure AD, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domains. * Administering Microsoft 365 (Entra, Azure, Exchange, OneDrive, Office, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, etc.). * Administering virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox) and backup solutions (Veeam, KeepIT). * Managing corporate networks—including MPLS, switching, VLANs, load balancers, routers, and Wi-Fi (CISCO, Aruba, UniFi). * Managing firewalls and VPNs (Fortinet, Check Point). * Managing the data center. * Managing the VoIP telephone system. * Managing multimedia and videoconferencing platforms. * Conducting continuous monitoring, identifying improvements, and implementing operational best practices, automation, and optimization. * Providing advanced technical support, training, and upskilling for internal teams and end users. * Managing access rights, accounts, shared folders, document repositories, and Group web platforms. **Key Projects (Short-Term)** * Renewal of server infrastructure and virtualization platform. * Renewal of network / switching infrastructure. * Design and implementation of a disaster recovery solution. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent. * Certifications in systems and network administration. * Knowledge of ITIL. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex IT environments. * Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), backup and recovery (Veeam, KeepIT), Microsoft 365 administration, Windows/Linux servers, networking and switching, wireless, storage (HP, IBM), firewalls and VPNs, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and VoIP. * Proficiency in English. * Hands-on profile. **Additional Information** * Opportunity to join an ambitious project; * Career opportunity within an expanding Group, with potential for career progression based on performance; * Integration into a young and dynamic team comprising professionals from similar academic backgrounds; * Residence in the Porto region (preferred).
