Join us, and get better with every move. **Mission:** Develop and promote business opportunities for our B2C \& B2D channels in the areas of automotive financing and insurance. **Responsibilities:** * Direct customer marketing of financing, insurance, and other solutions; * Supporting and accompanying sales teams in presenting financing, insurance, and other solutions; * Preparing financing, insurance, and other proposals, as well as conducting related negotiations to maximize company results; * Managing relationships with financial institutions during the sales process development; * Verifying required documentation to deliver financed vehicles and ensuring their payment; * Implementing action plans to achieve objectives; * In-store customer service; * Performing administrative organization; * Establishing interaction with other departments; * Managing departmental profitability reports and providing appropriate *reporting*; * Monitoring KPIs defined by Management. **Desired Profile:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles involving customer service and selling financing and insurance solutions in the automotive sector; * Credit intermediation certification (Mandatory); * Commercial skills: strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, planning and organization; * Ambition and aptitude for objective-driven work; * Willingness to travel between various sales points across the country; * Proficiency in end-user IT applications, oriented toward new technologies. **Why Ayvens?** With over 3\.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full\-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi\-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
