




Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant ensures the smooth operation of administrative activities, providing support to different departments and guaranteeing efficient organization of documents, processes, and communications. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's administrative activities, supporting various departments and guaranteeing efficient organization of internal and external documents, processes, and communications. Main Responsibilities * Manage and organize physical and digital documentation. * Handle telephone calls and route incoming calls. * Receive and forward correspondence and packages. * Support calendar, meeting, and appointment management. * Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and databases. * Issue invoices, credit notes, and other administrative documents. * Support procurement processes and supplier management. * Perform administrative control of payments and receipts. * Update customer, supplier, and employee records. * Support HR tasks such as vacation and absence management, and employee documentation. * Ensure archiving and organizational integrity of company information. * Provide administrative support to various departments whenever required. Academic Qualifications * Minimum of 12th-grade education. * Professional course or training in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). Experience * Prior experience in administrative roles (preferred). * Customer service experience will be valued. Technical Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of administrative management tools and ERP systems (preferred). * Strong writing and written communication skills. * Basic knowledge of invoicing and document management.
