In Portugal, with offices in Lisbon, Porto, and Évora, we are one of the leading audit and consulting firms, supported by a team of more than 1,600 professionals who combine unparalleled experience and specialized expertise in their business functions to deliver the best service to our clients. **About this role...** We are currently seeking to onboard a new member for KPMG’s Sustainability Team responsible for developing ISO certification processes for clients, with emphasis on internal process development, adaptation of audit control processes, and coordination of audit planning. **To join our team...** Profile * 3–5 years’ experience in managing or implementing IPAC accreditation systems; * In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and/or 17065, 17020, 17024; * Practical experience in IPAC audits (assessment, extension, transition); * Solid knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and risk analysis; * Ability to structure technical documentation with high precision; * Proficiency in audit methodologies and conformity assessment; * Ability to work with document repositories and document management systems; * High attention to detail; * Ability to manage demanding deadlines and multiple stakeholders; * Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills; * Strong oral and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain the Certification Body’s management system in accordance with applicable accreditation criteria; * Prepare and update mandatory documentation: procedures, instructions, workflows, forms, records, and evidence; * Conduct risk analyses, impartiality analyses, management reviews, and auditor competence assessments; * Monitor performance indicators, complaints, nonconformities, and corrective actions; * Support internal and external audits; * Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality, impartiality, and integrity requirements; * Implement mechanisms for control, technical validation, and supervision of certification activities; * Coordinate processes with external auditors, technical experts, and internal teams.
