Job Summary:
We are seeking a QAS Engineer focused on Quality, Safety, and Environment to ensure compliance with regulations, prepare technical documentation, and foster a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.

We aim to strengthen our team with a QAS Engineer, focusing on Quality, Safety, and Environment, to monitor and implement best practices in these areas.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environment standards and procedures on site;
* Prepare and manage technical documentation, including:
* + Safety and Health Plan (SHP);
+ Special Risk Works Plan (SRWP);
+ Work Instructions (WI);
+ Other applicable documentation;
* Ensure document control for subcontracted companies and their workers prior to site entry;
* Identify hazards and assess risks associated with performed activities;
* Analyze workplace accidents and propose corrective and preventive measures;
* Conduct information, awareness, and training initiatives for teams;
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality and Safety processes;
* Promote a culture of prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
**Desired Profile**
**Education and Experience**
* Higher education degree (Bachelor's or equivalent);
* Valid certification as a Senior Occupational Safety and Health Technician;
* Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 / NP 4397 / NP EN ISO 45001:2023 standards;
* Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health legislation;
* Minimum professional experience in Occupational Safety and Health;
* Experience using Quality tools;
* Driver's license;
* Willingness to travel.
