You will play a pivotal role in coordinating site teams, managing resources, and liaising with clients, supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors—contributing to project success and implementation of the company’s strategy. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution; * Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements; * Manage multidisciplinary teams and resources assigned to the project; * Ensure implementation and compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety standards; * Monitor costs, production, and project performance indicators; * Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors; * Represent the company before clients and supervisory authorities; * Identify risks and implement solutions ensuring smooth progress of works; * Prepare and report management information to senior management. Education and Experience * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field; * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers; * Minimum 10 years’ experience managing medium- to large-scale construction projects; * Proven experience in team coordination and contract management. Technical Competencies * Solid knowledge of construction planning and control; * Cost, budget, and contract management; * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD or similar); * Knowledge of applicable construction and occupational safety legislation; * Strong command of Portuguese; proficiency in English and/or Spanish is an asset.
