Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement **Operational Coordinator – Waste Treatment Center – Palmela (M/F)** Blueotter is looking for an **Operational Coordinator** to ensure daily management of a Waste Treatment Center, guaranteeing efficient, safe, and service- and productivity-aligned operations. **The Challenge** * Plan and monitor daily operations, balancing waste intake, sorting, packaging, and dispatch; * Coordinate the operational team, assign priorities, and supervise execution; * Manage resources and constraints, adjusting the operational plan as needed; * Ensure sorting quality and compliance with operational, safety, and dispatch procedures; * Monitor equipment availability and coordinate maintenance requirements; * Track volume, productivity, safety, and quality indicators; * Identify improvements and ensure reliable operational reporting to support decision-making. **The Profile We Seek** * Secondary education (12th grade) or relevant higher education in Environmental Science, Logistics, Engineering, or Industrial/Operations Management; * 3–5 years of experience in operational, industrial, logistics, or production environments; * Experience coordinating or supervising teams; * Planning, organization, and priority management skills; * Proficiency in analyzing KPIs and strong Excel knowledge; * Problem-solving ability, decision-making capability, and hands-on leadership.
