Conduct functional and technical assessments in SAP projects #### **About the IT Business Analyst \- SAP SD Role** Act as a strategic bridge between the IT department and business departments located in Brazil and the USA, promoting synergy, collaboration, and a focus on value delivery; Support the definition of the IT strategy with a focus on sales and distribution processes (SAP SD), ensuring alignment with corporate and operational guidelines; Identify needs for improvement and innovation in sales, billing, deliveries, and order management processes, translating them into viable SAP solutions; Conduct functional and technical assessments, specifying improvements and actively participating in projects, rollouts, and evolutionary support; Ensure demand tracking and control, maintaining continuous communication with involved areas and guaranteeing deliveries within defined quality standards and deadlines; Interact with technical teams to support customizations, integrated testing, and functionality validation in the system. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree in technology; Experience with improvements and support for the SAP SD module; Experience with BR localization; Desirable: Knowledge of SAP CX solutions; Experience with integrations; ABAP experience for functional debugging; Intermediate English.
