You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and optimizing HVAC systems, contributing your expertise to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with technical and safety standards. Additionally, you will actively contribute to continuous process improvement, providing technical support to the team and participating in increasingly complex projects. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Install, assemble, and connect HVAC equipment in industrial and/or tertiary projects. * Lead or perform commissioning of air conditioning systems, ensuring proper operation. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, performing corrective and preventive maintenance. * Independently interpret drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation. * Ensure compliance with current quality, safety, and regulatory standards. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, field staff, clients). * Propose technical improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency. * Support the training of junior profiles within the team. **What profile do we need?** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC installations (assembly, commissioning, and maintenance). * Technical education: Industrial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electricity, Electronics, or similar. * F-gas Certificate (mandatory). * Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training is an advantage. * Ability to work autonomously on-site. * Technical English proficiency is an advantage. * Willingness to travel within the assigned area. * Proactive, results-oriented profile with problem-solving and teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** Johnson Controls offers an attractive remuneration package commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
