Today, in Portugal, we employ over 1,000 people across three manufacturing facilities producing injectable medicines. Hikma is looking to recruit a **Trainee** (m/f) to join its **Microbiology** department, on-site. We value responsibility, enthusiasm for challenges, proactivity, motivation, and teamwork. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify environmental monitoring sampling plates from production, ensuring all samples and related documentation have been properly handled by operations and in accordance with approved procedures * Incubate environmental monitoring sampling plates * Visualize and review environmental monitoring sample results * Prepare plates and labels for environmental monitoring sampling up to production * Media Fill inspection * Always operate in full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering (Chemical; Biology; Biochemistry) * Good command of English * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle **We Offer:** * IEFP Professional Internship (6 months) * Initial and ongoing training, integrated within a dynamic and positive environment * Professional development and growth * Opportunity to acquire knowledge and hands-on experience within a rapidly expanding group If you believe this is an attractive opportunity to launch your professional career, join us and contribute to Better Health, Within Reach of Everyone, Every Day.
