In the late 1980s, we expanded beyond the Middle East and acquired land in Portugal to build a manufacturing facility for sterile injectable pharmaceuticals. This was a pivotal turning point for the company and our first step into a new region. Today, in Portugal, we employ over 1,000 people across three manufacturing facilities for injectable medicines. Hikma seeks to recruit a Trainee (m/f) to join its Human Resources department, working onsite. Responsibilities * Support in organizing and updating the employee database; * Assistance in drafting employment contracts and administrative documentation; knowledge of labor legislation is required; * Support in managing onboarding and training programs; * Monitoring and assessing training needs. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management; * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office digital tools; * Familiarity with HR software; * Creativity and critical thinking; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Team spirit and collaboration; * Dynamism and proactivity; * We also value a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for challenges, autonomy, empathy, and transparency.
