This role is ideal for professionals passionate about **quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams**, who wish to advance their careers within a demanding and structured industrial environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in process improvement and development projects, collaborating on FMEA preparation; * Define and monitor quality control plans and requirements; * Support internal, customer, and standards audits; * Manage customer complaints, tracking corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure timely updates of quality documentation (P\-FMEA, R\-FMEA, control plans, work instructions). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (in quality, mechanical, industrial, or related fields); * Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (experience in quality and continuous improvement is preferred); * Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6\.3 standards; * Familiarity with Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA) (preferred); * Fluent English (mandatory) and knowledge of German (preferred); * Organized, detail-oriented, resilient, and possessing strong teamwork skills. **Offer:** * Direct contract with a top-tier multinational structure; * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Base salary (for 14 months) \+ S.A.
