Summary: This role ensures product quality and regulatory compliance through quality control checks, documentation, and supplier verification. Highlights: 1. Preparation for food certifications ROLE: Ensure that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements; Quality control checks on raw materials, in\-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specified safety and food quality standards;Quality control registration/documentation on raw materials, in\-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specified safety and food quality standards; Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.Document Management System; Verification and monitoring of suppliers of materials and/or products; Preparation for food certifications \- ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS foods, among others. QUALIFICATIONS: Higher education in Food Industry/Chemistry, Quality, or Science, or Laboratory Techniques; 1 to 2 years of experience in the food industry; Training/Experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS foods; Highly demanding, proactive, and responsible individual with a strong attention to detail.
