Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage medium\-sized projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives; * Develop and oversee project plans, including execution, communication, risk management, and mitigation strategies; * Monitor project financial performance, ensuring alignment between project execution and approved budgets; * Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting, proactively resolving issues and supporting informed decision\-making. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, delivering medium\-sized and complex projects; * Mandatory Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent); * Proven experience in project planning, risk management, budget control, and stakeholder management; * Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies will be valued; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills.
