As part of its growth and management professionalization strategy, it aims to strengthen its team by hiring a **Controller for its headquarters in Alcochete**. **Reporting directly to Management**, this professional will play an active role in monitoring the company’s operational and financial activities, contributing to the production of management information, performance indicator monitoring, and decision-support. **Key Responsibilities** * Support Management in monitoring and **analyzing company operations**; * **Develop and monitor management indicators**, ensuring the quality and reliability of generated information; * Prepare periodic reports to support management and business monitoring; * Participate in cost analysis, profitability assessment of operations, and variance control; * Support the preparation of **budgetary control and monitoring reports**; * Ensure the updating and consistency of information stored in the company’s management systems; * Monitor procurement processes and related documentary and financial controls; * **Collaborate with operational departments** in collecting, processing, and analyzing information relevant to management; * Identify opportunities for **improvement in processes, internal control, and reporting**; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contribute to reinforcing best practices in control and organization. **Profile** * Higher education degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field; * **Professional experience of 3–5 years in External Audit**; * Experience in analyzing financial and operational information; * Strong Excel skills and high aptitude for analytical and reporting tools; * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and results orientation; * Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and attention to detail; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to work in dynamic environments; * Interest in building a professional career closely aligned with management and business; * Availability to work in the Alcochete area. **Offer** * Integration into a solid, sector-leading company with strong growth momentum; * Active participation in monitoring business management and operations; * High level of exposure to Management and key company departments; * A genuine opportunity for development and advancement into roles with greater responsibility; * Competitive salary package commensurate with demonstrated experience and qualifications.
